Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions apply to the rental of a parking space, the transport of the car to Alicante airport and the return from there to the premises of our company. The subject of the agreement is not the safekeeping of the passenger car and the associated tasks. Deviating provisions, even if included in the customer's general terms and conditions, do not apply.
The agreement is concluded by offering and accepting:
Telephone or in-person inquiry and their personal, telephone or written confirmations
Booking requests by email and their confirmation
Booking requests via our online form at www.hd2parking.com and their confirmation
Driving and/or entering the property and the verbal confirmation from the owner or his employees of agreement about a rental period and the rental price
3. Cancellation and Cancellation
A free cancellation of the parking lot is possible at any time.
4. Scope of services
We provide the customer with a fenced and secure parking space or hall for the agreed rental period exclusively for parking purposes. There is no claim to a specific parking space. The respective arrival and departure times must be communicated by the customer in the context of the booking. A later change will be communicated by the customer in a timely manner, at least 2 days in advance, and will be considered free of charge. The carriage of special baggage and excess baggage (bicycles, surfboards, etc.) can only be accepted in exceptional cases if this has been confirmed in writing by us in advance. Otherwise, the customer is obliged to check this baggage independently at the airport terminal. Child seats can only be provided if they have been ordered in advance for a fee and their availability has also been bindingly recognized by us.
5. Prices and payment terms
The prices we quote are usually free. The price stated in the booking and confirmed by us in the context of the reservation confirmation is decisive. The prices shown include the applicable VAT. The agreed parking fee is due at the latest at the agreed park start and must be paid directly by the customer on site. Exceeding the agreed parking period will be recalculated at the applicable rates.
If the specified time is not respected by the customer himself, the resulting costs will be charged to the customer himself.
We are not liable for damage caused by other persons, force majeure, natural events, animals or theft. We have the right to inform the customer immediately before leaving the company premises. We cannot guarantee the customer's arrival at the airport at any time. We are therefore not liable for the fulfillment of departure flights or compensation for missed dates or flights, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of us or our employees.
7. Data protection
We ensure that the customer's personal data entered in the reservation form will not be passed on to third parties and that the data will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service you require.
Changes or additions to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. Unilateral changes or additions by the customer are not effective. Should any of the provisions of the contract or the GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity and validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
